LK Booking

Our booking system in the LK Portal offers three different solutions for booking customers in the calendar:

Automatic solution
Semi-automatic solution with Phoner
Manual booking via Phoner

In collaboration with you, we can create a project with the solution you choose. You can determine holidays, closing days and other events for your calendar. You can also define your working areas, postal codes, zones, maximum number of customers and working hours.

The system is updated live and it is also possible for our employees to see the geographical location of customers on a map, as well as the average duration of a task.

You can follow the workflow and see the results of the booking via our statistics module in the LK Portal. It provides a good overview of ongoing and completed projects/areas.

Our booking system is built universally and can be used across industries. You do not need to be in the fibre network industry to use the LK Portal.
